The book was a book collaboration that I was invited to join and among my co-authors were some of today’s most well respected business and thought leaders in the world. Among others were two of my personal mentors, with whom I individually have been fortunate to work with on several occasions. One is the legendary Brian Tracy, who has written more than 50 books – I believe he is at number 55 at the moment and probably has more to come too – and who is a true mentor and teacher on all things successful personally and business wise. The other is Robert G. Allen who is most notably famous for his real estate books called Nothing Down including a few others bearing the Nothing Down name theme. Also among the co-authors were Leigh Steinberg, who most readers may better know as the real life person personified by Tom Cruise in the great movie Jerry Maguirre. Chris Atwood and Janet Bray Atwood as well as Ron LeGrand were also among the authors, names that some of my readers here may also recognize.
It was a great experience working with these great people including all the other fantastic individuals of the book whom I have not mentioned here by name. The book became an instant best seller in a number of categories when it was released earlier in 2012.
I was honored to be a part of this book and I was further more honored to receive the Editor’s Choice award for my contribution to the book.
In October 2012, at their Second Annual Best-Seller’s Summit and Awards Gala at the historic Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel in Hollywood, CA, I also was awarded with a Quilly by the National Academy Of Best Selling Authors and inducted in the National Academy of Best-Selling Authors. Each Quilly® Award is a 14-inch commemorative gold statue that has been crafted by the same artisans who sculpt the Oscars and Emmy Awards.
